Our Team.

The Humanity Project team works on the belief that compassionate, community-rooted care can transform lives. Our team is led by Katie Sears, MSW, a lifelong Shasta County resident and experienced social worker with deep ties to rural and Indigenous communities. While we’re currently a small but mighty team, we are growing. Over the next year, we’ll be expanding to include a dedicated group of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) navigators, case managers, and care coordinators—who share our commitment to dignity, equity, and whole-person care. Together, we bring heart, experience, and local knowledge to support Partnership Medi-Cal members through the CalAIM initiative.
